Fence broken by hedges

Hedges and trees have not been trimmed back and the weight of the hedges have pushed on my fence and broken the posts and we have had to reinforce the post to keep the fence up. We only replaced the fences after the last storms and not prepared to replace due to council not maintaining the hedges. A claim will be sent to the council.
