Control of work traffic safety

The construction works to the North of 82 Runnymede have been ongoing for several years Currently there are high volumes of construction traffic accessing/exiting this site -and without banksmen -only today a large concrete waggon reversed out on to the highway with no banks man -this was followed by 2 vans --also reversing out on to the Highway The road surface condition and adjacent pathways are damaged Excavations on the road in front of 82 are left open with poor barriers The Prime Contractor for this development is in breach of the Planning conditions --ie provision of suitable on site parking for construction workers vehicles ,cleaning of mud from road and general housekeeping The HSE have been advised also If this is not addressed somebody may be injured or fatality from an RTA Thank you
