Cyclists Speeding on yje Eve Black walkway

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6236828.

Everyday I run the gauntlet of speeding cyclists while walking on Eve Black walkway. Many of the cyclists who ride top of range racers, use the EB walkway as their personal speed track. They ride between 25 and 30 MPH and have now respect or consideration for pedestrians or their dogs. They never have a bell to at least warn ⚠️ you that they are coming. One day someone will get seriously hurt or worse. There should be a speed limit and bell should be compulsory on ever bike. Please feedback your thoughts or plans to addresses problem.
