The memorial plaque at the kids skate park is in a sorry state and has been for at least a year. It's on the steps and is unreadable in its current state. Can only imagine the poor kids family would be really sad to see it in this condition. The skate park generally is a mess and an embarrassment considering how nicely the rest of the park is kept.
