Street nameplate for Southfields is causing delivery problems

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6224799.

The street nameplate for Southfields in Acklington is on the verge outside 11 Acklington Road, we live at 11 Southfields and our deliveries are sometimes going to 11 Acklington Road which is empty. Could you advise if this problem can be resolved
