In the metal shelter at the New Hartley Park across from the village shop, there are many different examples of offensive graffiti. Racial slurs, sexual comments and other unpleasant words or drawings. Please could you have this area cleaned or painted asap. There are children's names too which is disappointing as we don't want them connected with such offensive behaviour Thank you.
