Tree to close to gardens

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6214966.

The tree outside of me and my neighbours front gardens is absolutely massive it hits off the top of cars and vans when windy the loose branches hit off the windows and it's causing alot of problems this tree has been reported quite a few times , you've cut other trees down very close to this one and you've done nothing the other trees were not Even as big as this one please can you do something about this thankyou .
