A Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6212967.

Shrubs and bushes along the wall at the side of the garages at the junction of Southward and Millway are overgrown and look extremely messy. NCC comes out to cut the grass around the estate - are they responsible for maintaining the bushes and shrubs on the estate too? If so, please can we address the problem?? Many thanks
