A Full Litter Bin problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6211691.

The footpath by parkwell there is a full bin,caller said it dog bin. Also said that the public bins by the layby near footpath have been removed and rubbish there.
