Wild flower beds

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6205438.

Some areas of the grass were cleared last year and planted with wild flowers this year they were turned over but no sign of any wild flowers just weeds rubble and can long grass. Can you explain this please.
