Tools, including axe and knife, left in public park

My children have found some tools in an area of Sele park where they often play. It looks like someone is building a den. My concern is that these could be dangerous if found by small children. We have removed the knife and the axe but feel that the other equipment needs to be removed and a message given to whoever left them there ideally. They are up a path from the totem poles, in the trees.
