There is an oak tree adjacent to my property which I beleive has aTPO. I have reported concerns about tree branches snapping and coming into my property before but the matter has not been rectified. Today I have discovered a large branch from the oak tree up against my fence and just avoided potential damage to my property. Could this tree be inspected with a view to culling branches that may cause future damage to myself and my property. I am 72 years old living alone and this is a continuing concern.

This oak tree is becoming an increasing problem. I appreciate that it may be a protected tree but my property also needs to be protected as well as myself. If I had been working in my garden at the time the large branch came down I could have been injured. I have had branches into my garden on previous occasions and have reported my worries but I feel my concerns have not been taken seriously.
