'Two potholes outside our front door in parking space'

Reported via mobile in the Potholes category anonymously at 14:18, Wednesday 3 July 2024

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6186920.

TWICE You have said this problem had been resolved and it has NOT been repaired: FixMyStreet ref: 5707765 This is now the 3rd time I’m reporting the same problem and it’s the first time I’ve asked for anything from the Council and this lack of service is appalling….especially when I’ve never failed to pay my council tax!!! There are 2 potholes right outside our house in the parking area next to the kerb, both about 24 inches, outside Chestnut House, 2 Dacre Street, NE611HW), this damage to the road has been there for a couple of years, but it is getting worse with the tarmac sinking further down our car tyres sink into it and it’s difficult for pedestrians with prams or elderly people with walking aids to be lifted up this kerb. Appreciate if this problem can be addressed as soon as possible.
