I have reported this tree a few years back and someone did come out 7mths later as thete where birds nesting at the time obviously nothing could be done and since had birds have nest and fled so i think now it needs to be sorted it growing near my window and it definitely needs trimming back or thinning out as you have done before recently.

There has been a large branch fell off and the man that came to cut the grass between my bungalow and nabour has move it to end of grass Verde so it does need to be look at before any other branches fall it is a very large branch that came off as you will see when you come to sort it out ASAP I hope
