Tree branches in contact and pulling telephone line. Possibility of breaking line in high winds. Also interfering with internet connectivityl

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6166022.

Have noticed frequent internet dropouts especially now the tree is in full leaf on windy days. Also pressure being applied to telephone line which may eventually break?
