Trees over hanging from private garden causing issues with walking on footpath and also overhanging onto road

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6165719.

Our neighbours trees are causing issues to our street. It's difficult to walk down footpath into Hartley Square from The Rise. Larger vehicles are catching the branches. It's also causing leaves and berries to fall all over. In very windy weather it could be dangerous
