Damaged , uneven pathways

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6158912.
I mentioned problems with damaged pathways and damage to off-street parking to yourselves at the end of last year and I was informed that works would begin in early January. And yes road resurfacing works did begin then around Newsham but not on Wordsworth Avenue - it's the pathways and off-street parking that need to be looked at. So I would be grateful if you would look into this. Many thanks.

I've reported this problem twice and you acknowledged it twice and said that I do not need to report it again !! When will the repairs be done ?
