An abandoned car has been left for months, blocking a dropped curb used to cross the only path available. The car has not moved in over 8 weeks and has a flat tyre. These two points meet the criteria of NCC’s definition of an abandoned vehicle. Do something about it other than just close reports. This is becoming tiresome
