Cars speeding and mounting pavement

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6124221.

Cars continue to come up this narrow street, which is not wide enough for 2 cars, at speed. Cars frequently mount the pavement and risk pedestrians. There are also frequent near misses at the corner to Bywell Ave. This are needs traffic calming and pedestrian protection with bollards or higher curbs to prevent the cars mounting.
