Flooding coming from building site

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6047827.

Water cascading down for past few days, all builders have Done is to dump some gravel on their opposite site to stop it running into houses, ROW left untouched, nothing done to stop source of leak ( pipe?, underground spring disturbed?) ROW surface is slippy and unpassable in normal school shoes
