Road drain completely blocked causing flooding

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5998160.

The drain doesn't seem to be on your plan which is probably why you haven't done anything about it. I have reported this several times now and you keep telling me you have resolved the issue when you have not. PLEASE come and clean out this completely blocked drain.
