Both number 25 & 26 Medway Place Have decided to block off the footpath and claim that area as there own which looks bad also each house is claiming about 8 to 10 square metres if freehold land. They have a gate either side. Often people walk that way from the bus stop they really can’t now unless they go through two gates and number 27 and 28 would also have to go through there gates if they want access from the front. They have a small garden area in front of there houses but now both houses have decided to claim the footpath as there own property. It shouldn’t be allowed to happen. I know the postmen aren’t happy about it and often people mention it to me going up the footpath/cycle path with my dog and I just say don’t know how they have got away with it. I think the fences should be at the end of there garden next to the footpath if they want a fence but not claiming approximately 8 to 10 sq meters of land each. I live nearby and i am also freehold and what they’ve done isn’t right and should he seen to

See above The fences have been up a few months I guess I’m amazed nobody else has been in touch. I was going to mention it to Wayne Daley but he’s been no use in the past so my street so I’ve been informed us brilliant

Now the neighbour one up has decided to put two largish plant pots with small trees/shrubs in its getting crazy people deciding they actually own the public pathway or at least it used to be

Now fix my street isn’t as good as it’s meant to be to sort this out. His help is if it’s gone to Wayne Daley it will never be sorted unless he is getting his photo taken this has been complained about a good while now. And many people complain about it when I am on the path including the posties

As expected no word no changes and nothing done. If it has gone to one councillor nothing will be sorted. How the heck he is still a councillor is beyond me. Hopefully this gets passed to someone who can sort it out

Yet again since 19th May Not a single thing has been done ref both number 25 and 26 Medway Place have blocked the pathway and getting an extra 8-10 sq met if land each freehold added to each property. This was passed to Cramlington Council and I knew once it was passed to them not a single thing would be done. So now I would like to get this sorted out Thank You
