I previously reported a blocked drain on Fulbeck immediately north of the Cotting Burn bridge - see FixMyStreet ref: 5896994. On Monday I received notification that the issue had been resolved. As you will see from the attached photograph that statement is factually incorrect. Can this matter please be properly addressed to avoid flooding on Fulbeck next time we have heavy rain?
