Rubbish under shrubs

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5976249.

Over the weekend kids collected litter and rubbish in delaval st and Elliot st and ignited five fires . Fire service and police were called but I suggest that the shrubs need cutting back at the base to enable litter picking and grass cutting to clear areas
