Crash barriers at carpark edges have rotted or been knocked over

There are now at least 3 upright posts which have been knocked down, the wood has rotted so will need replaced and secured into the ground. The vertical post appears to be ok to reuse. Please could the whole barrier around all sides be checked as other sides may be unsafe too. Thank you
