Water leaking across pavement.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5963337.

Water is running across the pavement from the grass verge, there is a stop tap cover on the grass verge so presumably the water is leaking from a water pipe located below the grass verge?
