Sign to be changed at the top of Mitford Road

Good Morning Would it be possible to change the sign from Give Way TO Right of Way - priority over oncoming vehicles. Most people ignore the sign Give Way only at the bottom of Dogger Bank and trying to drive up the same time as oncoming vehicle from the top of Dogger Bank. The path is very narrow and it creates a big danger to kids coming or going up. The path should be extended or barriers introduced to protect the kids from the drivers trying to push in.
