Road cones being used to reserve public highway for parking

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5934241.

The owners of the homes at this location are using road cones on the public highway to prevent members of the public from using the road for parking. I understand the council have spoken to the individual previously but the cones have re-appeared.
