People putting household rubbish in street bins

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5932584.

Some cockwomble has filled the street bin with crockery… It will be too heavy for council worker to lift. Should now bin is full and dog poo bags are just been left in the ground in front of… Just remove the bin, put a dog poo bin there instead and will stop this from happening week after week…
