Location 2 EV charger

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5915280.

Caller says that the EV charger in the big carpark by next,the EV charger not letting her charge,keeps saying not enough charge, has tried to do it multiple times and screen says pending then nothing happens.. She uses this location regularly.
