A company on behalf the National Grid have finished work for now apparently Not returning until July. But the company have left a small compound in a sorry state. Barriers stacked up, protective barriers to the compound have either been knocked down or blown down by the weather. There is also old paving stones scattered in one particular area. To be honest it's a complete and utter eyesore. Last week a member of company came out looked at the site and Promised to get the area sorted. Guess what it hasn't been done. To be honest we live in a private estate but it looks like a rather sorrid state. Please could someone address this issue. I thank you for taking time out to read this ongoing matter.

The area in question that was used by the contractors on behalf of the Northern Power Grid have removed ALL rubble and to my amazement they have top soiled the area then topped it of with grass seed. Great in itself but It's become a large feeding station for Pigeons 🐦⬛🐦🦉 Doves plus many other species of bird. If the grass grows it will be a Miracle. I doubt if the Council Grass Cutters will be able to cut this particular area until this time next year. Apparently the contractors are returned in July to continue with more upheaval. Question is where will they Dump the Earth and Rubble hopefully NOT on the newly seeded grassed area, that has been done before....That is the question ❓ Grateful thanks from a happy resident
