Bus stop smells like a toilet

The bus stop heading south in milfield is filled with litter, the bin outside of it is full and overflowing and has been for over a week so I am unable to pick up the rubbish to put it in the bin. It has also been urinated in and smells absolutely awful. There are children as young as 6 using this every day now to be picked up for school and they are unable to go inside because of the smell. As a parent I am happy to pick up litter to put in the bin but the litter in the bus stop seems to have been urinated on aswell so I don’t want to touch it.
