A Request Timing Review problem

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5859606.

Client has requested timing review of all crossings in Morpeth main town area. He says that since there were roadworks through the town, the green lights for pedestrians to cross don't give them enough time to cross the road before the audible alert sounds.
