Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5826582.

The traffic light is constantly on almost every 3 mins for pedestrian to cross even when no one is crossing. This has generated a noise hazard especially late in the night when no one is crossing but the crossing alarm for pedestrian is on. The traffic light is just adjacent Boots pharmacy on bridge Street
