Overflowing council skip on the drive of empty house number 30 Axminster close been full and sitting there for 2 weeks needs removed ASAP due to health hazard and smell and that other people are now coming and dumping there rubbish in it. Someone has dumped old fencing at the front next to the blue bin and a large fence post.
