You have just fixed this road, but left this mess. If I was paying for this work directly, I would refuse payment. As we pay indirectly, all I can do is raise this complaint. Please improve the quality of you repairs. As explained previously, the side of the road is eroded due rain. I suggest you return during dry weather.
