Muddy water is pouring from the building site near Lowther Square at west Cramlington yet again. The muddy water is then running down the bike path and meeting up with clean water coming from the SUD bank on Westfield park & covering all of the footpath & bike path spilling out onto Longridge Way blocking access to the path leading to the footbridge.
