Drain blocked

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5800033.

The drain outside our property is once again blocked. We sit at the bottom of a steep sloop and all debris, water etc. flows down to us. The drain blocks then water flows onto our drive and property. I have provided photos before so you will know the issue. This drain should be on a regular maintenance schedule to avoid issues. I will be seeking professional advice about the constant undermining of our drive and retaining wall and if the blocked drains is a factor I will be seeking compensation from you. Also, I will withhold a proportion of council tax until I receive the service I should be getting for the £3500 I pay each year. Thanks in anticipation.
