Car parking on pavement and close to junction

42 Caste Drive is running a hairdressing business from her garage and customers constantly park on the pavement so that you cannot pass by with your baby buggy. They also park opposite other parked cars so the corner of Glamis Hill and Castle Terrace is difficult to get out of the junction.
