6 inch pothole on the corner at the bottom of the hill

There is a 6 inch pothole on the corner at the bottom of the hill in the Dell. My wife fell over there a few weeks ago which caused bruises to her legs and I went over on my ankle on Saturday causing a sprain with swelling and pain. Please can this be reviewed for filling?
