A Trees affecting highways or pavements problem has been found by resident of 18 High Stanners

There are a large amount of logs that were removed by Northumbriam water from under the bridge and left on the grass opposite 18 High Stanners. NW state it is not their responsibility to remove the log pile and it is NCC

The local youths are playing on the logs and it is a matter of time before someone gets hurt

Can we remove the wood please?
