Trees too close to drive way
Reported via desktop in the Trees damaging private property category by michael cole at 15:25, Tue 19 March 2024
Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5738121.
2 year ago 2 of these trees were meant to be cut down and 2 trees trimmed back we were told they have been planted too close together and too close to the shared drive way, these have now grown too low and are causing an obstruction causing damage to my cycles and cars when leaving my home, they are also blocking the street light to the drive way

Guy rang from the council to make sure it was the right address and was told they would come out and assess I was told he would contact me 2 weeks ago and surprise surprise nothing I have already stated I will take these down all you have to do is come and remove the remains but guess what I got no reply to that either the trees are causing damage to my bike on my roof rack they are that low and are shielding light from the street lamp for my drive

Guy rang and said he would come and look I asked if he would mind giving me a knock to let me know the outcome and again nothing this site is an absolute waste of time as are the people who are meant to be dealing with these situations.
