Blocked drain

Reported via desktop in the Blocked - Flooding of Road/Path category anonymously at 15:04, Tuesday 12 March 2024

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5702195.

Blocked drain for months down hill on Fulbeck Lane near junction with A192. Water pours down Fulbeck lane across the A192 and around the bus stop. Also there is more debris in the gutter on Fulbeck Lane which adds to the drain problem. .

  • The grid now is packed solid with soil and debris with water running over it down on to the A192. One can hardly identify that the grid is there due to the impacted soil lying over it. It has become worse over the last few weeks.

  • Still fully blocked. This fix my street appears to be a waste of my time reporting anything. The bus stop a few yards away was painted but the drain nearby not attended to.
