Drainage and substantial amount of water run off from Karbon Homes land is not managed and contain - this means the water saturates the surrounding properties and has has a channel created that brings it straight out onto Alexandra road - along with lots of waste and soil. Creating a hazard for residents and also blocking drains and a lot of debris left on public road (Alexandra Road)
