Footpath/cycleway blocked by untaxed vehicle also causing issues to drivers joining the road

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5652121.

The issue is historically known to the Council and Police but is getting worse with vehicles parking dangerously.
