Large lorry piece on footpath

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5642091.

There is a large mudguard fallen off a lorry on the footpath and general rubbish along this area. The drains are also blocked with silt and vegetation growth that has caused flooding in this area
