Grass verge

Bothal avenue. the whole street has grass verges where people park. The grass is like a mud swamp causing people to trip while getting out of their cars. the mud trails into the house and ruins my carpets. getting kids out of car while slipping is getting a joke. my neighbour also slipped last week on this and she is disabled. is there anyway we can change the grass to pavement and concrete instead? the whole street is getting very irritated and are going to start a petition soon
