Deeply blocked gully

As you see, on a fine day there's still a flood. I probed the gully with a long rod and it's completely filled with mud. Just a few bubbles came up, but it didn't drain. It really needs professional attention.

  • Same old story.

    Most of the time it's a computer asking if the job's been done, but there doesn't seem to be an actual human being going to fix the problem.
