A Obstruction (Not Vegetation) problem has been found by Northumberland County Council The obstruction is caused by a speed bump which was installed several years ago and is now classed as a dangerous obstruction due to the height. This is situated outside my front door on North Lane. I would appreciate a site meeting when it is convenient to yourselves
