Deep pot hole

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5568485.

This is on the bend of the road heading towards alnmouth after the long stretch of road from the turning for shortridge hall. This pot hole is on the left side of the carriageway near to the verge. It’s position makes it impossible to avoid and causes the steering to jolt when hitting it, which may be dangerous when not expecting it.
